Autoimmune Protocol Diet

 

Today for lunch I made one of my favorite Salads. I sauteed up Chicken Breast with Olive Oil and Avocado Oil and fresh Garlic, sea salt and pepper. I put my organic red and green Lettuce in the dish with Carrot match stix and English Seedless Cucumbers sliced up, Green Spanish Olives with a bit of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar. I topped it with the cooked Chicken Breast I just made and Wallah!!!!! It was absolutely delicious! You can taste everything so vividly. One of my favorite meals! I always feel so good after I eat one of these. A little full but not stuffed and it’s light and satisfying!
