Hello & early morning to ya! We try to get good sleep. I woke up and to the ladies room, and back to bed to drift off to be awoken 10 min later with the loud barking and howling I ever heard. The Akita/husky mix we are fostering is out back in a building on our property wreaking havoc. He is a beautiful boy who needs a temporary home, not sure how temp because his owner are homeless! My poor husband goes out in the middle of the night and the wee hours of early morn when he is spooked or awaken buy whatever back there, maybe deer or bobcat, bear who knows. But he was especially loud so I know something was out there. He has separation anxiety. My husband builds a nice fire and he thinks it helps calms the dog.We don’t want to muzzle him but if we cannot find another temp home he will have to be at night. Not fair to my neighbors to hear this 247. We aren’t giving up on him yet, but praying he will calm it down more and more! Not sure what the answer is but we love animals and try to help if we can! On another note, I am a 3 x a week girl who moves and shakes, lol.. I do crossfit to my ability and push through… I LOVE IT!!!! I am addicted to working out! I feel exhilarated after I work out Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays and on Tuesdays and Thursdays I put music on and dance, lol so much fun!!!! The best thing besides eating a auto immune diet monitored by a doctor who is given me the tools to eat healthy and a slew of supplements I need right now for my specific body! I lost 28.4 pounds so far! Like I can’t tell you how good I feel, mentally, physically just super duper amazing! Like I am on cloud 9 doing what I am doing everyday. Not going to lie the pain and aching is awful but It comes with the territory. It will waiver eventually. Eating healthy and moving and getting this weight off andddd I am happier- Man I wish I could get everyone to do this. The best part is you start where you are and work at your pace no competition here! The competition is yourself! That is another reason why I love my gym… No competition and everyone supports one another!!! A win, win, win in my book. Everyone is smiling and sweating on the floor for cool down… lol, puddles of sweat! Ohm, the gym is super clean and mop in between classes! I don’t freak about it because they do clean I watch them if I am early. It’s a great place the owner and the trainers are so freaking positive and knowledgeable! Great Place and Great People! I can go on and on about it! Also, my husband now it working out with a trainer and he is setting to get bigger and stronger and do competitions in a year or so. How incredible is that!!!!! He is also eating better and he says I inspire HIM! What!!!!!!!!!! That alone makes all these changes with lifestyle more rewarding then anything!!!! So many good things in my life for I am a grateful Kat! With that~ One good thing that happened today? I remembered why I am here and what I need to do with purpose at 4 am! :0)
