I roasted a Pork Loin with fresh Garlic, Sea salt and pepper. I rolled it in Organic Olive Oil first. I chopped Sweet Potatoes, skin on and sauteed them in a pan with avocado oil. I cooked them slow and added water to steam them. Cauliflower Rice with onion and celery, and carrot match stix and a wee bit of avocado oil, sea salt too. I made garlic Zucchini noodles steamed in water and added again Garlic.. :0) I love my garlic and sea salt!! Delicious meal right here!
