Hello all! It’s been a while since I’ve been here. I hope you all are doing well. I am doing good. I am working out 3 times a week doing modified crossfit. I am down 19 pounds so far. I need to get back on the scale like tomorrow. I wonder if I lost more.. I think tomorrow I will get on that scale, wish me luck, lol… I was 20 pounds down and I am going to keep on going for sure. My body is so hurting. I feel like I need another 2 days to rest… but I am committed to staying on track.
Well It’s 6 am Monday Morning and I am up for about an hour or so. I am an early riser. Man my body aches and I feel like I need a week off, my body feels like 80 yrs old! Working out 3 times a week is brutal! For me anyway! I need a massage and a hot soak! lol… It is chilly in here and I am not happy. I want it to stay 80 degrees outside all year long 🙂 Well, a girl can dream can’t she??? Okay enough belly aching… I turned the heat on! 30 minutes it will be toasty in here. Well I think I will go back and put my feet up for a bit… Until later blog… One good thing that happened today? I realized that sometimes you just need to rest!
