Thirsty Thursday, H2O does the body good!

Hello on this rain filled day! It has been raining cats and dogs all day pretty much! What a rough night I had. I couldn’t sleep and woke up at 2 am and sat up for hours and finally went back down around 7 am, got up around 10:30 am so I am good now. My foot and leg was swelling so bad yesterday. It was down a little but not a lot. I will call the MD about it all. If it’s not one thing its another! I just got done doing my Cross fit workout routine with Nolan. Wow, did I have a workout! LOL, Nothing easy over here that’s for sure but I am glad because I need challenges and it’s nice to see my own progress! I am getting there- struggle and all!!!  Nolan is an amazing trainer!!! I am one lucky and grateful gal! He really knows his stuff and he tells me every muscle we are working and why, that is a plus for me. I love knowing the why!  Today is going to be a relaxing day listening to the rain, cause it is still raining like crazy. I will get in all my nutrition too! I am one busy gal taking care of myself! How about you? I am making sure that I get in the nutrition and the activity to get stronger and healthier. Will make a smoothie later for an after dinner dessert I think and going to get some fruit in too… Lots of veggies and fruit with some lean protein or plant protein! It all depends what I am in the mood for later. I can’t believe it’s 3 PM already. Time fly’s when your having fun! It really is fun! I am just feeling so grateful for all the good in my life and I am just working hard and getting this body and brain up and fit! I already lost some weight, I am sure of it! Today I am doing great it’s at night those darn cravings start, but not tonight! Cause I am eating little meals/ fruit and veggies all day! I have to stay on track cause I have to get this weight off and get stronger so I can get rid of this wheelchair and walkers too! I will! I know it! Well I hope you all are well and finding some serenity being that the world has seemed to go bonkers! Self included at times. Not judging, but wish is will all calm down and this virus will take a hike!

We are eating healthy and both of us are working out! Now that the cooler weather is coming this way it’s a good thing! Next year I will be back in my pool like white on rice! 🙂 I love and miss my pool!!! Hey it stopped raining and the sun is out! Yippee, yahooooooo! 🙂  On that lovely note I will say Sayonara! One good thing that happened today? There’s a lot but one defiantly is Doing Cross fit with Nolan! 🙂 Peace out people of my tribe! 🙂
